There have been no material changes to the Legal Proceedings last reported under “Part II, Item 1. Legal Proceedings” of our Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, as amended and supplemented from time to time.
As of the date of this Quarterly Report, the Sponsor does not expect the foregoing proceedings to have a material adverse effect on the Trust’s business, financial condition or results of operations.
