• The Naploy app was officially launched on the Apple Store and Play Store on July 24, 2023. To date, we have more than 10 active users.

• As of January 31, 2026, we had total assets were $49,063, comprised of $26,938 in current assets and $22,125 in intangible assets. As of January 31, 2026, our current liabilities were $68,499 and Stockholders’ equity was $19,436.

• Our sources and uses of cash for the six months ended January 31, 2026 and 2025 were as follows:
